On April 2-3, 2025, in order to promote the stable operation of automatic monitoring equipment and environmental quality automatic stations for polluting units, improve the technical level of ecological environment monitoring personnel and equipment operation and maintenance personnel, and enhance the quality of ecological environment monitoring data, the "2025 First Pollution Source Automatic Monitoring (Water, Gas, V0Cs, Automatic Station Operation and Maintenance Workers) Operation and Maintenance Technology Special Training" conference, hosted by the Shenyang Ecological Environment Monitoring Center in Liaoning Province and organized by the Liaoning Environmental Monitoring Association, was successfully held in Shenyang.
Personnel from pollution source automatic monitoring equipment and environmental quality automatic station operation and maintenance institutions, third-party environmental testing institutions, self monitoring institutions of key polluting units, ecological environment law enforcement departments, ecological environment monitoring departments, and other relevant departments attended the meeting. Zhao Xinxin, a technical engineer from Shanghai Alwaysbrong Application Technology Co., Ltd., was invited to attend the conference and give a presentation on "Analysis of Deep Monitoring Technology for Ultra low Emission of Pollution Source Smoke".
Zhao Gong provided a detailed introduction to the current environmental situation faced by the industry, the main challenges of ultra-low emission CEMS, and corresponding solutions. He believes that over 80% of the problems in pollution source monitoring come from production and treatment. Online monitoring data of pollution sources must be matched with production processes and treatment facilities in order to have vitality. At the same time, technical suggestions were put forward regarding issues such as ammonia escape, high humidity, and HC compounds in online monitoring systems, and the practical significance of collaborative monitoring with CPM to determine the "true treatment number, false treatment" of inefficient and ineffective treatment facilities.
At present, the production situation of polluting units is greatly affected by environmental protection facilities and pollutant emissions. Online monitoring equipment for pollution sources is an important quantitative monitoring data indicator for environmental protection facilities and pollutant emissions. The automatic monitoring data and operation of pollution sources are highly concerned. Therefore, analyzing the "four simultaneities" data and diagnosing the operation of governance facilities is an important measure to reduce the risks and hidden dangers of online monitoring and governance facility operation. In this report, Zhao Gong introduced in detail the "four simultaneities" diagnostic method for pollution source monitoring and some of the problems discovered through practical cases in various industries. Combined with practical work, he demonstrated that "four simultaneities" diagnosis can help polluting enterprises save energy and reduce costs in their facility management.
Through this special training, the technical capabilities of ecological environment law enforcement departments, monitoring departments, and pollution discharge units have been improved, and the service level of operation and maintenance units and third-party environmental testing institutions has been enhanced.
